過去完成式、過去式的分法

請問一下噢如果是過去時態而看到for . since . 等的字眼我要使用過去式還是過去完成式呢什麼時候要用過完呢?謝謝^^
恩...for 和 since 通常放於現在完成式have / has p.p.例: I have listened to music for two hours.= I have listened to music since two hours ago.過去完成式是had 過去分詞
